Television’s popular young artist Affan Khan, who is known for his portrayal of a nine-year-old Rajput prince Ratan in the Sony TV’s show Pehredaar Piya Ki, has bagged an important role in a web series.
Affan has been roped in for the upcoming web-series ‘Sacred Games’. The series, based on Vikram Chandra’s best-seller Sacred Games, stars Saif Ali Khan in the titular role of Inspector Sartaj Singh. It also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte.
Shot in India, the series will be produced in partnership with Phantom Films and directed by Anurag Kashyap. Based on reality, the series will trace the deep nexus of crime and politics as it will take through the journey of a police officer named Sartaj Singh.
Now, coming to Affan’s role, as per sources, he will play the role of young Saif Ali Khan in the web-series.
