Superstar Salman Khan, is back with yet another thrilling season of Colors’ most awaited show Bigg Boss. The 12 season will have a concept of ‘vichitra jodi’.
The popular reality show was launched in Goa. For the press conference, Bollywood’s Bhai made a dabbang entry on a spead boat. He grooved on his popular dance numbers.
Talking about what keeps him going with Bigg Boss, he shares, “The show is doing better and better since the time it has started in terms of TRP, advertising. Bigg Boss is the flagship of the channel. People are liking the show, so why not be a part of it.”
Salman feels that a lot of contestants have proved and become better people after being in the house, “I have a lot of favourite contestants in the show and all of them are doing really well for themselves. The people who went over the top have no work and people who have done few things have applogised on national TV and realised that they have messed up. They have conquered their weaknesses and developed their strengths.”
He continues, “Gautam came in and lost the plot in the first week. After that he turned everything around and won the title which is a very commendable thing. I support people who are targeted to just encourage them, so that they don’t get demotivated.”
When asked if he gets calls for recommending people to get into the house, he avers, “I get a lot of calls but I have cleary stated that I am not into the creative part; so I can’t help anyone with it.”
There were rumours of Katrina Kaif joining Salman Khan as the host for this season as its jodi special this year, to which he states, “Katrina must have spread the rumour of her being part of the show as a co host. She asked me is there a jodi this year to which I told her about the concept. Then she said I should also be doing it along with you. She stated that I can handle the impromptu part and she would follow the script. On money part, she said keep it equally. She said your price is my price.”
Commenting on hosting along with Sanjay Dutt in Season 5, he avers, “I had a great time hosting with Sanju. It would be superb if we come together to host the show again.”
On an end note, he adds, “I work and my work is my hobby; so I am really fortunate that the enthusiam is still there and experience is also coming with each passing day. I keep on entertainting you guys and giving masala to you people.”
