Actor Sandeep Aanand who has donned various challenging avatars on TV has now opted to test waters of the digital platform!!
The versatile actor is presently shooting for a short film, a love story titled ‘Cutting Pyar’.
When we contacted him to know of his interest in web space, Sandeep told us, “I am happy that finally after working for almost a decade, I am exploring different genres. I have waited along and compromised on many terms to shift my image. It’s not that I don’t want to do comedy, but with time I want to reach more and more audience.”
He further added, “Web is the new medium of entertainment. I have entertained TV audience well; now it’s time for web audience and films too. As far as I am getting new challenges for my work, I am happy doing it whether it is TV, web or films.”
“I am just here to do good work; I am not the person who runs after money. I prefer self satisfaction. It’s not easy for an actor, especially when he has some brand value among the audience to do different work. I feel everybody has a different destiny, and the same goes for me. I just believe in hard work and loyalty towards work. Viewers want real stories, with real humour happening under the current of real emotions. This is why I have always had connect with viewers; I always try to avoid being fake. The characters I have played till now are as real as one is breathing.”
