Enchanting beauty Shagun Sharma, who has impressed audience with her acting talent in shows like Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi and Gangaa, is leaving no stone unturned enacting Meghna in her new show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3 on Star Plus.
The beautiful belle is elated being part of the popular series.
“The new journey has just started so I am very excited about it. I can relate to my character Meghna. I see myself in her. The only difference is that Shagun is not confident about her looks but Meghna is. She feels she is the most beautiful and have got amazing talent too,” she says.
She further adds, “We have got amazing look in the show. It is very different from others. Nothing is clichéd in the plot. I usually don’t wear make-up in real life but in the show, I am all decked up. It takes me around two hours to get the look.”
Shagun shares an amazing bond with her on-screen sisters Shivani Tomar and Ketki Kadam. “We are like best of buddies now. I love shooting with them. We have a lot senior actors on the set so we get learn a lot from them. They help us whenever we get stuck or face any difficult situation. I have not seen the previous season of the show but I have seen Barun Sobti web series Tanhaiyan and I loved it. ”
Finally, Shagun feels that audience should give a fair chance to Shivani and the show as it is a completely different season. “I just want to say people that it is a new season with new characters and storyline. Sanaya Irani is not part of this season and audience should accept it. Shivani should be given a chance. There is so much hatred and negativity around. One thing audience should understand is that TV shows are just for entertainment and they should not be taken personally,” she signs off.
