Sahil Khattar is one of the top YouTube stars. He is the huge digital sensation who is known for his snap videos on Being Indian!! Now Sahil is all set to turn television show host with Zee TV’s Dance India Dance Season 6.
Talking about debuting as a host, he says, “Dance India Dance Season 6 is the biggest and most important happening in my life. There are a lot of talents in the digital world but very few people get the chance to climb up and reach the next level. I am extremely happy that 2017 has brought some great work for me. This season will be Khatarnak as Sahil Khattar is hosting it.”
He further adds, “I feel blessed that I have got this opportunity wherein I can showcase my talent as an anchor. I believe very few people select anchoring as a career option. I know that anchoring is my strong forte. I would definitely take this ahead in my career. The next step is Bollywood.”
Ask him whether he feels he might be compared to Jay Bhanushali, and he avers, “I don’t think there is any comparison. I don’t think any of my contemporaries have done whatever I have done in my past. I started with a prank show and audience loved that. Thus we created our mark in the digital space. Coming back to DID6 whoever hosted this show had his/ her own style but mine will be totally different from the lot. This will be because I have worked behind the camera too.”
On an ending note, he states that he is happy being in such a phase. “I am happy to be in this space with an amazing co-anchor Amruta Khanvilkar and the super-talented judges Marzi, Muddasar, Mini and Mithun Da. We promise to entertain audience with double dose of entertainment.”
