Sony Entertainment Television’s Beyhadh (Cinevistaas) has always given audience some spine chilling moments. An obsessive love story, a murder mystery with some marvellous performances the show has managed to make its mark by keeping viewers glued with interesting twists and turns.
Recently, audience saw a thrilling scene wherein Maya (Jennifer Winget) tried killing her mom Jhanvi (Kavita Ghai) by pushing her into the bathtub to earn Arjun’s (Kushal Tandon) love.
The scene demanded water phobic Kavita to be in the water tub for a long time. And she performed the scene with an ease. The lady was also appreciated for her breathtaking stunt.
Talking about the sequence, Kavita said, “I am a water phobic person. I did not let my children learn swimming because of my fear. When I was told to perform the scene I was really scared. It was not possible to shoot with a body double as the focus was on my face. I and Jennifer sat together before the scene and spoke about it. I gave my best shot, hope audience liked it.”
She continued, “Audience saw 5-7 mins scene but we shot the same for 2 days and it was very difficult for me. I wish it would not be a water sequence; I would have performed more effortlessly. Each time I came out of the water, I had tears in my eyes. My mother also started crying after watching the sequence. It was an amazing experience,” ended Kavita.
