Vivacious and versatile Vidisha Srivastava is on a high these days. The lovely lady is currently enacting the character of Roshni in Star Plus’ popular show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein (Balaji Telefilms).
Vidisha was meant to be a part of the show for after an initial roadblock, she did bag the project.
She narrates, “Initially the role did come to me but I could not take it up as I had other commitments. However, I have always been a big fan of the show. When they again called me for the project, I said yes. Now, I am so happy that I am playing the role of Roshni.”
Vidisha is not an avid watcher of Indian television shows, but she says, “YHM has always been my favourite and have always watched it no matter what. I did not even require a brief to commence, I already knew everything.”
Speaking about YHM leading lady Divyanka Tripathi aka Ishita she mentions, “She is my favourite. I love the way she acts. She is really sweet and I did tell her that I am her big fan.”
