Talented actress Preet Kaur who played the adorable Simran Chopra in SAB TV’s Dil Deke Dekho will soon be back on TV in a new avatar!!

As we know, Peninsula Pictures’ periodic fantasy for Star Plus, tentatively titled The King’s Daughters will soon go on floor!!

Preet has been cast as one of the three Queens of the King, to be essayed by Shakti Anand.

Earlier, there were reports in media about talented actors Malini Kapoor, Tuhinaa Vora and Monaz Mevawala playing the Queens in the show.

But now, both Malini and Tuhinaa are not part of it. Malini as per media reports, is expecting her first child. And for Tuhinaa, she has bagged a prime role in Yash Patnaik’s upcoming thriller on Colors.

As per sources, Preet Kaur will be playing the second Queen of Shakti. She will be the wisest of the three Queens and will have a penchant to reading.”

We also hear that a popular model Parineeta Seth will play the eldest Queen while Monaz Mevawala has been retained as the youngest.

When contacted Preet confirmed the news to IndianWikiMedia.com but stated that it was still early days for the show, and will talk at the right time.

Preet who is married to actor Vishal Nayak has had a good body of work in TV with shows Sabki Ladli Bebo, Ram Milaayi Jodi, Tum Dena Saath Mera, Chakravarthin Ashoka.
