After reporting just minutes ago about talented actor Shraddha Arya being roped in as the female lead opposite Dheeraj Dhoopar in the spin-off of Kumkum Bhagya on Zee TV, titled Kundali Bhagya, we now have hit upon the news of the other female lead in the show.
Actress Anjum Fakih, who was recently part of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani and Devanshi, has been locked to play the part of the other female lead. She will be paired opposite Manit Joura.
As per sources, “With the launch date of Kundali Bhagya being announced as 12 July, the show will very soon go on floors now. Shraddha and Anjum suit their characters to the ‘T’.”
We buzzed Anjum but could not solicit any comment on the development.
Producer Ekta Kapoor and the channel spokesperson too remained mum on the update.
