Star Plus is gearing up to beam some spellbinding formula in its fiction line-up with The King’s Daughters (tentatively titled and soon to be launched).
A co-production of Alind Srivastava and Nissar Parvez’s Peninsula Pictures, the drama is currently in its formative stage with actors being roped in to add impetus to the plot.
Media has reported about Shakti Anand and Gracy Goswami coming on board with Shakti playing the mighty King and father to the daughters, and Gracy being signed to enact the youngest of the three daughters. Hiba Nawab and Ritu Barmecha are also a part of the show.
Now, Indianwikimedia has exclusive information that Vishal Karwal, who was one of the male leads, have opted for &TV show, thus bringing in TV heartthrob Harshad Arora to fill the vacuum.
Harshad, who gained enviable heights of popularity with Beintehaa(Colors), has apparently signed the contract papers and soon hit the shooting floor.
Ankit Gupta is the other male lead of the show.
