Karan Goddwani, the new male lead in &TV’s Agnifera

Actor Karan Goddwani who was recently seen in Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki has bagged his next meaty role!!

He will now join the cast of &TV’s Agnifera as the new male lead post the 20 years generation leap.

Yes, you heard it right!!

The Ravi Raj (R & R Creations) show will be taking a leap very soon, post which the story will play out on the daughters of Srishti (Yukti Kapoor) and Ragini (Simraan Kaur).

The search for the male lead was on for sometime now. And the search has stopped with Karan Goddwani coming on board.

As per sources, “Goddwani will play a guy who would be USA return. He will have a flavour mix of Apurva Agnihotri and Shahrukh Khan from the movie Pardes.”

We buzzed Goddwani but could not get through to him.

We reached out to the channel spokesperson but did not get revert till we filed the story.

As we know, the show presently has Ankit Gera and Ayyaz Ahmed playing the leads. They will move out of the show once the leap is taken.

As for Goddwani, he has been part of shows Jugni Chali Jalandhar, Sanjog Se Bani Sangini, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?, Mrs. Pammi Pyarelal, Jeannie aur Juju etc.
