IWMBuzz gave our loyal readers a warm welcome to the day today, with the exclusive news of ace actress Maninee Mishra entering Colors’ Laado – Veerpur Ki Mardaani (Dhaval Gada Productions).
We have now learned about the other popular names to be part of the show.
Joining Maninee will be noted actor Nasirr Khan who was recently seen in &TV’s Meri Hanikarak Biwi. He will be playing the role of a lawyer. And to top it all, Nasirr will be sporting an all new look for the show. He will be going bold for the character… Also his character will be the one and the only link between the past and the present in terms of story line.
Also roped in to the cast of Laado will be actress Charu Asopa and Farida Dadi.
As per a reliable source, “Charu Asopa will essay a challenging role, that of a mentally unstable girl. Farida Dadi will play the matriarch in the new family, essaying the role of the grandmother.”
We buzzed the actors, but could not get through to them.
We reached out to the channel spokesperson, but did not get revert till we filed our story.
As we know, Laado is all set for a revamp, post which Anushka (Avika Gor), Rantej (Dakssh Ajit Singh, Tej (Hemann Choudhury) will be retained.
