Star Plus’ Ishqbaaaz (4 Lions Films) will bring in a surprise entry, of a guy who would be an internet sensation and would resolve love and marriage issues.
To play this role, Palash Dutta has been roped in!! He’s basically a model, theatre artist and casting co-ordinator. His popular English play ‘Blame it on Yashraj’ has completed 103 shows and is going strong even now.
Palash makes a comeback to TV after 13 long years. He was last seen on the small screen in Star One’s show Pyar Ki Kashti Mein. He has also been part of movies Mohabbatein, Dhoom, Good Boy Bad Boy and his latest being Great Grand Masti.
As per a reliable source, “The three female lead in Ishqbaaaz, Anika (Surbhi Chandna), Bhavya (Mansi Srivastava) and Gauri (Shrenu Parikh) will be huge fans of this Internet sensation guy. The story ahead will be an interesting watch.”
When contacted, Palash confirmed the news to IndianWikiMedia.com saying, “Yes, I will be entering Ishqbaaaz. However, I am not allowed to talk further.”
The actor has started shooting and his introductory scene will air from the coming week.
