Senior and seasoned actor Puneet Issar will soon be part of &TV’s popular mythological presentation, Paramavatar Shri Krishna (Peninsula Pictures).
Puneet who has been part of Bigg Boss on TV, will play the role of the King of Magadh, Jarasandh.
A reliable source states, “The track will open up with the King of Magadh being introduced, who will be the father-in-law of Kans (Manish Wadhwa).”
Puneet we hear will start shoot for the show soon.
Interestingly, Puneet Issar has played the same character of Jarasandh earlier in Imagine’s show Dwarkadheesh – Bhagwan Shri Krishn.
When contacted, Puneet Issar confirmed the news to us, but asked us to call him later for details.
Producer Alind Srivastava also confirmed via text about Puneet being roped in for the role.
We reached out to the channel spokesperson, but did not get revert till we filed our story.
