Zee TV, the channel, is pepping up its programming line-up. After launching back to back shows, Kundali Bhagya, India’s Best Judwaah and Fear Files, the channel is now working on a historical drama.
IndianWikiMedia has exclusively learnt that Sobo Films, which has produced Mission Sapne for Colors TV, will soon be coming up with a show for the above mentioned channel.
As per a reliable source, “The upcoming project will depict the story of social reformers Jyotirao Govindrao Phule and Savitribai Jyotirao Phule and their struggle period during the British Rule.”
We buzzed Smruti Shinde, the producer of SoBo Films, but did not get any revert till filing the story.
We buzzed Zee TV’s Business Head Deepak Rajadhyaksha, but he remained unavailable for a comment.
