Ranveer Singh is all set to mesmerize the audiences with his powerful performance in the opening act of Star Bharat’s (Life OK – rebranded) much talked about Bhajan reality show Om Shanti Om.

Ranveer will do the Shubh Arambh of the first episode with a power packed performance on Gajanana song from his epic film Bajirao Mastani. Ranveer will not only present this magical performance but also introduce the 14 divine voices and the concept of Om Shanti Om, a brand new music reality show which features PP Swami Ramdev Ji as the maha guru.

When asked him about the same, Ranveer said, “The concept of Om Shanti Om  is very unique. I am happy to be a part of the opening episode and introduce the contestants to the viewers. I will kick start the show with a special stage performance. To know more watch out for the ‘Shubh Arambh’ of the show  on 28th August at 6pm.”

The show features 14 contestants who will be singing a familiar devotional song in a re-arranged form which will test their versatility.

Ranveer with perform to Gajanana and introduce all fourteen divine voices in the Shubhaarambh act for  the show to commemorate the re-launch of Star India’s channel Life OK as ‘Star Bharat’. The show will be judged by Sonakshi Sinha, Shekhar Ravjiani and Kanika Kapoor. The show will be hosted by Apaarshakti Khurana.

Watch Ranveer Singh’s entertaining performance on 28th August at 6 pm on ‘Om Shanti Om’ only on Star Bharat.
