STAR Plus’ popular show, Mariam Khan – Reporting Live, produced by Somersault Productions, has been receiving rave reviews for its story-line and performances.
Veteran actors Rukhsar Rehman and Khalid Siddiqui who share a great rapport on and off screen will be seen recreating Anil Kapoor and Manisha Koirala’s Rimjhim sequence from the film, 1942: A Love Story.
The upcoming episodes will delve into the love story of Majaaz and Madeeha (Khalid and Rukhsar’s characters) and this scene will be part of their flashback sequence.
Talking about the same, Khalid said, “I am really excited about the sequence. We are scheduled to shoot it in a few days and I am already prepping for it.”
