Yes, as we have already told, Aayat is actually the biological mother of Mariam and to conduct the important tests, she will want time off to take the girl to the hospital.
As per reliable sources, “While everyone will be busy with the pre-engagement preparations, Aayat will silently take Mariam out giving her some reasoning. She will take her directly to the hospital and get some tests conducted.”
