Sanaya Pithawala who is presently seen in the Voot series on quirky love stories, Fuh Se Fantasy gets into a conversation.

There is nothing wrong in enjoying sexual fantasies: Sanaya Pithawala

Sanaya Pithawala has enjoyed being a part of the chor police story of Fuh Se Fantasy, the new Voot web series.

Says the gorgeous actress, “It is very good that sexual fantasies, which till now were always brushed under the carpet, are finally being discussed openly. We, as a nation, are progressing and it is very important that more such stuff is made, which will allow rooted Indians to give up their wrong notions of looking down upon such personal, private and consensual moments.”

Her character fantasizes about sexual encounters during police interrogation.

Here Sanaya wishes to thank the makers for visualizing her in a middle class setting. “This gave me a chance to come out of my current cool rich girl image.”

“Also, our writers eschewed the option of really going overboard with the s*x routine, which normally happens with most erotic web content. Here, the making out scenes were shot very aesthetically. I knew producer Tanveer Bookwala (Ding Entertainment) would not make anything sleazy. There was a proper narration and rehearsals were done so that everybody was on the same page. The fact that I knew my co-star Anshuman Malhotra for a while further eased up things for me. It was not at all awkward doing the s*x bit,” added she.
Sanaya, who is also part of Alt Balaji series, Dil Hi Toh Hai, informs us that shooting for season 3 will start next month. “At first I was not sure of working in an ALTdrama. I guess Ekta liked my work in The Great Indian Dysfunctional Family (where she played a lesbian) and chose me for this. The response has been great; no wonder we are coming back with one more season. I am looking forward to it,” she exclaims.

Sanaya, who started with MTV show, Warrior High, is not very gung-ho about the tube, saying, “I am not cut out for long working hours. It virtually ends up becoming a 9-9 job. Short duration web projects, on the other hand, give me the option of playing around with various kinds of characters, as mentioned above.”

“I agree TV gives more money, but for me, my physical and emotional well-being is important. Also, having been born and brought up in Mumbai, I do not need to pay for my rent and living expenses. My folks have always supported me, letting me do my own thing,” Sanaya ends.

Best of luck, Sanaya!!
