Lillete Dubey the senior actor with oodles of theatre experience is presently directing a Cineplay titled ‘Womanly Voices’ which will beam on Tata Sky Theatre and ZEE5.
The Cineplay will be a combination of three stories within one play. The three stories have been written by three different women Writers of India.
The three stories will be based out in different setups.
The series will see actors Pranav Sachdev, Suchitra Pillai, Ira Dubey, Joy Sengupta and Deepika Das being part of the cast.
The speciality of this Cineplay will be that all the five actors will don nearly 9-10 varied avatars and characters, and will keep shifting from one role to another.
For the uninitiated, Cineplay is the way of giving audience an ambience of the theatre auditorium. It is very much in tune with what one would see on stage. The only difference is that the varied camera angles in cineplay will capture the emotions of the artistes very closely.
