Our favourite all-rounder bowler Harbhajan Singh aka the Turbanator, is widely famous for his ardent pranks and mischief. After a phenomenal cricketing career over the years in test matches, ODIs and currently in T20s, he is joined by one of the best Indian fielders, Mohammad Kaif to share some interesting stories from off the field with Viu’s ‘What The Duck’.

Remembering one such incident against Sri Lanka where Singh’s joke cost India a wicket, Kaif revealed to the host Vikram Sathaye, “We were playing a test- match against Sri Lanka and I was curious as I had never played against Muttiah Muralitharan. He is known for his test-match bowling skills. So I asked Bhajji as to how he plays. He told me to not cut, not jump, not to go back .”

Continuing on Singh’s advice, he further said, “I was extremely confused later when he said that if one of his eyes gets bigger than the other, then Murali will ball fast. I was stuck with the dilemma of whether I should focus on my batting or his eyes and I was out in the first over itself.Later I realized Bhaji was kidding about his eye!”

Owing to cricket, Harbhajan Singh and Mohammad Kaif have been close friends for many years and have pulled many practical jokes on each other.
