This chicken dish is much loved by all chicken lovers. Take chicken strips in a bowl, marinate in spices, corn starch, salt, and flour. Deep fry till brown and keep separate. Add oil in a vessel, add sliced green chilies, onion, spring onion, green and red capsicum and saute properly. Add fried chicken, green chilies chili sauce and salt mix well cook for a minute. Your chicken crispy is ready.

CHICKEN TANDOORI.

This dish is preferred by all. First marinate chicken, yogurt, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and ginger garlic paste. Add little olive oil and lemon juice. Mix it well and keep it for a longer period. After which grill it in the oven till it is cooked properly. For spicy chicken tandoori you can mix chili powder in oil and apply it to both sides of semi-cooked tandoori chicken and grill it further. Your chicken tandoori is ready.

CHICKEN KADAI.

This is one of the easy and tasty dishes to prepare. Marinate chicken properly in ginger garlic paste, all spices, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, etc., and keep it for 2-3 hours. In a Kadai add oil, Jeera and Rai add chopped onion and saute till onion become brown. Add marinated chicken to Kadai and cook it properly. After that cook further until the water dried up and you will get dry chicken Kadai ready to serve.
