There are various types of food we consume for our overall well-being. Among them Manchurian, you can make it in various ways like all types of vegetarian Manchurian as well as nonvegetarian Manchurian. Here we look at three fingers licking Manchurian recipe for all foodies.

1. Soya bean Manchurian recipe is the best Manchurian recipe, which is preferred by all ages.

* Take soya bean chunk and soak it.

* In a mixing bowl adds all sauces and cornflour and mix.

* On a medium flame, add oil and heat and add finely chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilliness and saute. Add spring onion, vegetables, onion, and capsicum.

* Add sauce mixture.

* Take soya chunk, drain water and add cornflour, mix it well and dip fry it.

* Add fried soya chunk in gravy and cook well, add salt and garnish it with spring onion and serve hot.

2. Mushroom Manchurian.

It’s a very healthy dish as mushrooms are rich in Vitamin D and proteins.

* Button mushroom cut into small pieces.

* Make a gravy by adding chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies as well as capsicum and spring onion. Saute it properly.

* Add a mixture of all sauces and cornflour in a gravy.

* Meanwhile dip fry mushroom and cornflour mixture.

* Add fried mushroom in the gravy and garnish it with spring onion.

* Your healthy mushroom Manchurian is ready.

3. Cauliflower Manchurian.

This is also a good healthy option for Manchurians.

* Make the batter of cauliflower by mixing corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt and pepper, and steamed cauliflower and mix it well and pan fry it, and keep it aside.

* In a pan adds chopped ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Cook for few minutes and add soya sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup. Add vinegar and sugar.

* Add little water and cook this mixture until it becomes thick.

* Add pan-fried cauliflower to the mixture and gently mix it. Garnish it with finely chopped spring onion and serve hot.
