*¼ teaspoon coriander powder,

*¼ teaspoon red chili powder

*salt as required.

Method:
1) Peel and mash the 3 boiled potatoes.

2) Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of rice flour into the mashed potato to bind the parties.

You can also use corn starch, bread crumbs, gram flour (besan) instead of rice flour.

3) Add the prepared spices as well.

4) Mix it well and form equal-sized balls from the mixture.

5) Flatten each ball in your palm and add some corn stuffing in the center.

6) Next cover the edges and shape them into medium or large patties. Apply oil to your palms before this for no sticking and a smoother process.

7) Shallow fry the patties. Turn the patties over when one side gets golden and crisp and let the other side fry.

8) Once done, place the patties on a paper kitchen napkin to rid of access oil.

9) Serve the cutlet hot with coriander chutney or tomato sauce. You could even put these patties in burger buns or make sandwiches with them.
