Ingredients Required:

8-10 Bread slices

2 cups Choice of veggies finely chopped (carrot, cabbage, capsicum, onion tomato)

2 cup grated paneer

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp chat masala

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 cup grated cheese

Salt as per taste

4-5 tbsp butter at home temperature

Procedure:

Cut all bread pieces in a circular shape to give it a presentable look. Also, cut 3 of the circular bread pieces into ring shapes. Now brush some butter on all the pieces and slightly toast this bread on a pan till light brown.

Mix all the chopped veggies, grated paneer, and spices in a large mixing bowl and prepare for the fillings.

Next step, take one by one circular bread pieces and spread some grated cheese. Place one ring-shaped bread over the circular-shaped bread and fill the hole with the veggie mix prepared. Top it with some grated cheese.

Mix veg bread canapé is almost ready. The final step is to toast it slightly with a cover until the cheese melts. Once done, remove and serve hot with ketchup or any other dip sauce.
