Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has created a stir in Bollywood. Soon after his death, the bigwigs of Bollywood, the likes of Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and others started getting criticized for allegedly supporting favouritism and nepotism in Bollywood.
We had even heard earlier heard about a court case being filed against Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, and others about Sushant’s death.
And now as per the latest information regarding that case, the Bihar Sessions Court has dismissed the plea filed by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha against Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Ekta Kapoor saying the matter is beyond the ‘jurisdiction’ of the court. The decision was led by Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar.
As per reports, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha is unfazed by the decision and he is all set to challenge the same at a higher court.
