Telugu film producer Pokuri Rama Rao died on July 3 at a private hospital in Hyderabad due to Coronavirus. He was 65.
As per reports in India Today, a few days ago, he was tested positive for coronavirus and was under observation. Later, his condition gradually deteriorated yesterday.
Pokuri underwent surgery to take care of his heart-related ailments, ten months ago.
The producer’s passing away due to Covid-19 has come as a huge shock to the film industry.
His last rites will take place today (July 4) in the presence of his family members at Erragadda Smashana Vaatika in the city.
Pokuri Rama Rao produced many films under Eetaram Films.
