One of the hottest couples of tellyville, television actors Abhinav Shukla and Rubina Dilaik have the cutest love story ever that will make you fall in love with their love.
This is how it all started…
Abhinav Shukla and first met in 2008 on the sets of Chotti Bahu – Sindoor Bin Suhagaan. Nothing came of it though as at the time, Rubina was dating her then co-star Avinash Sachdev whom she later broke off with.
The two later met during Ganpati celebrations at a common friend’s place. It was infatuation at first sight for Abinav Shukla when he saw Rubina looking gorgeous in a saree and couldn’t keep his eyes off of her.
Abhinav had the sweetest words to say describing their meet-cute: “Let me be honest — I checked her out as she looked resplendent in a sari. You generally see girls in western clothes and then you get to see that someone can look so stunning in a saree as well. So I saw her and I was like, wow she’s beautiful.”
When she knew he was ‘The One’
An avid photographer, Abhinav then commented on Rubina’s photo asking for a chance to shoot her and she couldn’t deny now, could she?
Despite all of it, it wasn’t Abhinav who made the first move. When things progressed later, Rubina realized her love for Abhinav and decided to make a move and the two started dating in 2015. You go, gurllll!
They’re Two peas in a pod…

Being heads over heels in love with each other, they decided to take the next step and got engaged. Sharing the news on Instagram, the newly engaged Rubina was seen flaunting her engagement ring with a cute caption “And I said Yes”.
Finally the couple got married in a fairytale wedding in Shimla on 21st June last year!
And they lived happily ever after…
