Madirakshi Mundle, who is known for her portrayal of Sita in Siya Ke Ram, is all set to return to the small screen with Star Bharat’s upcoming show, Jag Jaanani Maa Vaishno Devi – Kahani Mata Rani Ki.
The story of ‘Jag Jaanani Maa Vaishno Devi’ is based on Vaishnodevi’s famous story of how Maa Vaishnodevi came into existence to prevent the destruction of the earth that was being caused by Mahadev to kill the demons.
The actress is happy to have bagged the role of Goddess Laxmi. She says, “I feel blessed to portray the role of Goddess Laxmi. I am a devotee of Vaishnodevi and have been to the temple as well.”
