On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Jasmin recollects the best attributes that she has learned from her mother and much more.
Says Jasmin, “My mother has taught me a lot of things, but the three most important ones are love, empathy, and the never-give-up attitude. My fondest memory with her is that as a child I was afraid to cross a lane in my city on the way to the Gurudwara and wanted to change my way. She told me how many lanes will you change by being afraid, you need to face it and teach that boy a lesson so that he stops intimidating you. And it became a life lesson for me.”
