Sony Entertainment Television has entertained its audience with its engaging programming and hence has a huge fan following. Recently at a launch event which was attended by actress Kareena Kapoor, she spoke about how she would not mind doing television if it was exciting enough. On being asked if she had any favorite shows Kareena said, “I don’t watch shows but my mom does and she loves watching Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, Peshwa Bajirao etc.”
Both these shows are immensely popular with the audiences and belong to their flagship category.
Peshwa Bajirao is a historical drama which traces the life of Bajirao from his childhood to youth. It features actors Rudra Soni, Pallavi Joshi, Anuja Sathe and Manish Wadhwa while Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi is a romantic drama which is a love story of two people who are very much in love but fall apart due to some misunderstanding and circumstances. The show stars actors Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes. It is quite encouraging to know that included in the audience of Sony Entertainment Television are celebrities who enjoy the prime time programming as much as any other.
