Young actor Rini Das has been delivering an effective portrayal as the evil and super-powerful force, conspiring against Raj (Vivek Dahiya) and Gauri (Karishma Tanna) in Star Plus’ supernatural weekend series, Qayamat Ki Raat produced by Balaji Telefilms.
The character has needed her to be at her adventurous best and Rini has managed to place her best foot forward.
Says Rini about the experience, “It has been an amazing journey full of adventure. She has been really unpredictable with different kinds of twists coming into the character. As we know, she is a super power and there is nothing that can defeat her. She is really strong and evil. She has come to help out Uma (Papia Sengupta) and Kalasur (Saurish Athwal) and can do anything for the people she is with. So everything that she does is justifiable.”
The character too has a vested interest in teaming up with Kalasur. “If my character helps Kalasur and Uma in getting the Shaligram, Kalasur will get more powerful. And when this happens, my character will also get powerful.”
Rini has enjoyed working out on the stunts for the show. “This is the first time I am doing a lot of stunt that involves action, and being on harness. It is really interesting and I always end up doing more to attain near perfection.”
Rini who was earlier seen in Pardes Mein Hai Meraa Dil is overall happy with this stint in Qayamat Ki Raat.
