The super cool TV actor, Sara Khan, will now turn host. She will anchor a series of weekly love stories for Dangal channel, produced by Vikas Gupta of Lost Boy Productions.
A source close to Sara confirmed the same, saying, “Sara always wanted to try her hand at hosting.” Talking about the format, the source says, “Love and hatred are two sides of the same coin. These stories will show how love can make you do things that you would have never done in your life.”
Besides TV, Sara is also working on her upcoming film. Plus she also has a short film with close friend, Ankit Gera.
When we touched base with Sara, who is currently shooting in Dubai for her maiden international single, she said, “Yes I am considering this project. But nothing has been finalized yet.”
Going on, she says, “I always wanted to host; so when Lost Boy approached me, I agreed to talk. Also, I always wanted to work with Dangal TV, which is now the #1 GEC channel (urban and rural). They speak to real India, not just metro cities and I want to be known all over.”
“Being a young woman, I understand the importance of love for today’s youth and our above stories give you different and darker perspectives of love, which should be fun to portray,” ended she.
