Thank god for blogging because it only expresses my personal views and not any printed reality for which people can take me to court. But wait a minute, why should I go to court or why should I be scared?

I am the honest one who was waiting for the cookie to crumble, so honest and talented people like me who kept their patience all this while to get credible work, get honored.

#MeToo is a phenomenon which has caught fancy in the past few weeks since Tanushree Dutta opened up about the alleged Nana Patekar behavior some years back and since then a lot of women have come out and admitted how they have been beaten down by the unruly behavior of men time and again in this media industry. My non media friends added on twitter that it’s not just media but in all fields it’s the same attitude meted out to women.

If you want a promotion, if you want a job, if you want the best of work, just keep quiet and ignore the small details….are you serious guys? Is it really a small detail or is it everything a woman stands by, her integrity, her values, her honor…I thought really highly of some of the men whose names have figured in the list but now I am judging everyone and actually waiting when they will get exposed, the fewer names who are left. #MeToo indeed is being misused by some women/men to settle scores but let’s not dilute the revolution which has started and let’s all be very clear, that this is kalyuga and whatever bad you have done to women, you have to pay now. One of the biggest film production companies who everyone was dying to work for, doesn’t exist anymore, so anything is possible. The names which haven’t surfaced should be scared, as it’s a matter of time, when they do…

So I wonder where would #MeToo take us, what now, what next? Will it really be the end of bad in this industry or will this phase also fizzle out like any other phenomenon which starts like sansani and then some other bigger news takes over?

Well for now, I am waking up every morning to check the breaking news alert for #MeToo to check the new names which surface, so I can laugh a little in my head, telling myself, some of you didn’t honor my intelligence, experience, talent and chose some petty fun, and look where it landed you.

P.S.: This article is purely my sansani piece of #MeToo so whoever gets offended, ummm what can I say….Bura na Mano bhai, Bura mat karo in the first place…heehawww
