Talented actor Afzaal Khan who was last seen in Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara will get back to the Balaji Telefilms family after a long time with Kawach 2.
The actor who started his career with Kyunki Saas Bhi Bahu Thi in the year 2002, has now joined the cast of Kawach 2, the new presentation of Ekta Kapoor for Colors.
Kawach 2 will replace Naagin 3 in the weekend band sometime in May or early June.
As we know, popular actors Namik Paul and Deepika Singh will play the leads in the thriller series.
IWMBuzz.com has earlier reported about actors Shirin Sewani and Harsh Vashisht joining the cast.
We now hear of Afzaal being signed for a predominant negative role.
As per sources, “The shoot for Kawach 2 has begun and the story line etched and created for the new season looks really promising.”
We buzzed Afzaal but could not get to speak to him.
