Sony TV’s Peshwa Bajirao (Sphereorigins) recently had actor Ankit Shah meeting with a major accident on the sets which left him with multiple fractures.
IndianWikiMedia had exclusively reported about the actor’s loss and demand for compensation from the Producers. With the actor being unable to continue the show, the makers have roped in Mohit Baghel for the role of Ghotiya.
Mohit needs no introduction. On TV, he has been part of Chhote Miya, the stand-up comedy show for kids on Colors. Recently he was seen in the latest edition of Colors’ Bigg Boss as part of Salman Khan’s Weekend ka Vaar. The actor has also been part of Salman Khan’s movies Jai Ho, Ready etc…
When contacted Mohit Baghel confirmed the news to IndianWikiMedia saying, “Yes, I am playing the role of Ghotiya in Peshwa Bajirao. Though I have done TV before, this will be my debut in fiction on TV.”
