Yes, Arjun had two births and this is not known to many and the makers will be depicting the two different personalities of Arjun in the two births.

While in one birth Arjun will be a staunch worshipper of Lord Shiv, he would be a non-believer of God in another birth.

And actor Jatin Bhatia who was recently seen in Gandii Baat 3 will be playing the role of Arjun.
