Power-packed performer Narendra Jha who has been enjoying stupendous success on the big screen with challenging characters in movies Haider, Hamari Adhuri Kahaani, Ghayal Once Again, Mohenjo Daro, Shorgul, Raees, Kaabil will in all likelihood return to the TV screens with a powerful portrayal in Discovery JEET’s upcoming show.
As we know, Discovery Communications’ plan to roll out a new General Entertainment Channel, in the form of Discovery JEET will soon be reality!!
As reported in media, Discovery JEET’s programming line-up will include the real-life story of the biopic series tracing Baba’s Ramdev’s inspirational journey from a life of anonymity to national icon, international cult figure and now a business mogul. The biopic titled ‘Swami Baba Ramdev: The Biopic Story’ will be produced by Ajay Devgn Productions and Watergate Productions.
News coming in is that Narendra Jha has been roped in for the role of the inspirational Guru of Baba Ramdev, Acharya Pradhyuman.
As per sources, “The show has already gone on floor. And if all falls in place, Narendra Jha will soon start shoot.”
When contacted, Jha told IndianWikiMedia.com, “Yes, I am in talks. But there is nothing that’s concrete now.”
We buzzed a spokesperson at the production house, but did not get any confirmation.
Narendra Jha played a powerful character in his last stint on TV in &TV’s Begusaraai.
