Being part of a hit show in the hot and happening supernatural genre on TV has paid off handsomely for attractive actress, Monalisa. The stunning beauty, who plays the alluring daayan Mohana in hit show, Nazar, has just gifted herself a spanking new car, an Audi at that.
In a post shared by the actress on her Instagram account, Monalisa announced news of her new acquisition to all her fans and admirers. The actress and her husband, Bhojpuri actor Vikrant Singh Rajpoot, were flooded with congratulatory messages within no time.
Monalisa’s real name is Antara Biswas. She adopted the moniker, Monalisa, upon entering showbiz. She is a popular actress of the Bhojpuri film industry, and has done bits and pieces roles in a number of Bollywood movies, besides appearing in Bengali, Odiya and South Indian movies.
Despite her considerable success in Bhojpuri films, it is her stint as the negative lead, Mohana, in the supernatural hit show, Nazar, that has granted Monalisa her first real taste of success on the national stage. The attractive actress, who has garnered rave reviews and much appreciation for her turn as Mohana, has shot up the popularity stakes in the Hindi TV industry. Her performance as a determinedly evil witch in Nazar has earned her praise from audiences and critics alike.
Having gained creative satisfaction and audience appreciation through her acting, Monalisa and husband Vikrant have now gone ahead to fulfill their material desires by buying a new Audi.
Vikrant Singh Rajpoot, Monalisa’s husband of two years, is a successful Bhojpuri actor in his own right, having been the lead of several hit Bhojpuri flicks.
