Actor turned Director Parmeet Sethi has been enjoying donning the ‘director’s hat’ of late on TV!!
Parmeet who had earlier directed the sitcom Sumit Sambhal Lega is presently directing the show of DJ’s – A Creative Unit for Life OK, Har Mard Ka Dard. He will also be the show runner and director for Shashi Sumeet Productions’ upcoming series based on the popular American sitcom, The Last Man Standing for Star Plus.
But now, for a change, the director will again get before the camera to play a pivotal role in Shashi Sumeet Productions’ next on TV!!

As we know, Shashi Sumeet Productions is presently working on the show, ‘Pahredaar Piya Ki’ for Sony which is loosely based on the concept of Lamhe. The only change here will be that the love story will blossom between a boy of 9 years old and a grown-up girl. Playing the characters will be child actor Afaan Khan and Swaragini fame Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar.
As per sources, “Parmeet Sethi has been signed to play a very crucial cameo role in the show. However, his character is being kept discrete as of now.”
We buzzed Parmeet, but did not get through to him.
