Here’s yet another late night update on a big development on TV!!
Star Plus’ recently launched show Karn Sangini (Shashi Sumeet Productions) is based on the book ‘Karna’s Wife: The Outcast’s Queen’ and is about Princess Urvi’s love for warrior Karn.
The show will now witness a major plot revamp, is what we have been informed.
Shares a source, “Karn Sangini will now focus on Karn’s life and revolve around his wife Urvi and family. This change is planned to pep up the numbers as the show has been struggling in the number race. Apart from the leads, other actors have been informed to look for options.”
We have also been informed that if this formula doesn’t work than the show might be pulled down by the channel, however, it’s too early to confirm on the same.
We buzzed the actors but they remained unavailable for a comment.
We buzzed Producer Shashi and channel spokesperson but did not get any revert till the time of putting the article to bed.
