Talented and handsome actor Ruslaan Mumtaz will soon be back on the TV screens!!
BBC Worldwide will come up with a love story concept on Star Plus with Ruslaan playing the male lead, is what we at IndianWikiMedia.com have gotten to learn!!
Joining him as the female lead will be the Bollywood and TV actress, Aditi Sharma of Gangaa fame.
For Ruslaan, this stint will be a comeback of sorts after Balika Vadhu. However, he’s lately been seen in Vikram Bhatt’s web-series, Let’s Play. Aditi as we know, has done movies Khanna and Iyer, Mausam, Ladies Vs Ricky Behl to name a few, before she shot to fame on TV as the lead in Gangaa.
As per a source, “BBC will shoot for the pilot of this show very soon. This will be a show set amidst the Gujarati backdrop.”
We buzzed Ruslaan and Aditi, but did not get through to them.
We also reached out to the spokesperson at BBC, but did not get any revert till we filed the story.
We connected to the channel spokesperson too, but did not receive any comment.
