Vijay Kashyap roped in for Colors’ historical, Jhansi Ki Rani

Colors’ historical show Jhansi Ki Rani will be the next big launch on Colors post Ghatbandhan.

The series produced by Contiloe Pictures will see Anushka Sen playing the titular role of Jhansi.

IWMBuzz.com has reported exclusively about Vikkas Manaktala and Anshul Trivedi being part of the series.

We now hear of versatile actor Vijay Kashyap who is known for his movies Gandhi, Little Buddha etc will be part of the show.

On TV, Vijay was last seen in Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki.

As per a reliable source, “Vijay Kashyap will play the role of Peshwa Bajirao in the show.”

We buzzed Vijay but could not get through to him.

We reached out to Producer Abhimanyu Singh and channel spokesperson but did not get revert.
