The infamous Kapil Sharma and Vickey Lalwani controversy has taken a new turn.
For the uninitiated, an unceremonious conversation between Kapil and Vickey was flashed in the public world, which created quite a stir.
Post the fiasco, Kapil’s ‘on floors’ show Family Time with Kapil Sharma ended abruptly. Some blamed the clash for the show’s closure, others believe Kapil opted out due to ‘creative fatigue’, a certainty which is best known to Kapil and its broadcaster, Sony TV.
However, the palpable acrimony between two warring parties seem far from over with media reporting about Kapil sending legal notice to Vickey, seeking apology.
The information has gone viral on internet, and to learn about the other side of the story, we buzzed Vickey.
The senior journalist and Editor of Spotboye told us: “The news is all over, however, we have not received any legal notice.”
Vickey chose not to comment any further on the ongoing media rumpus.
