Kulfi Kumar Bajewala, the popular Star Plus show completes the successful run of one year!!

We now bring you the thoughts of the Women in charge, the amazing Producer duo, Gul Khan and Nilanjana Purkayasstha.
The two of them make for an amazing Jodi as makers, wherein their individual creative brilliance blends well bringing about a largely successful product.
Producer Gul Khan (4 Lions Films) shares her thoughts with IWMBuzz.com saying, “Through Kulfi Kumar Bajewala, I have learnt many new things as a maker from Nilanjana. Although it is 1 year of Kulfi, it has been 18 years of Sanjivini, where Nilanjana was the channel editor and I was directing it!! What she has done with Kulfi is outstanding!! And on both our behalf, we thank Star for trusting us enough to give their flagship show from Jalsa!! The way Nilanjana adapted Kulfi and the way the Kulfi’s cast has brought it to life has been nothing short of magic (smiles).”
Nilanjana Purkayasstha (Invictus T Mediaworks) on her part expresses her thoughts on the special day saying, “When we launched the show a year back, we knew we had put our heart and soul into making it. What we did not know was the kind of love this show would receive. This love makes us work as hard as we did on the first day. On this day, I want to thank the team because it is very rare that one gets a team as positive, committed and passionate like Kulfi Kumarr Bajewala’s team.”
“I specially thank my director, Pradeep and my Creative Director Yashvardhan for putting their blood into the show. I also want to give a huge shout out to all my artists… they have set a new bar for acting on television. Nakash Aziz and Sargam are heroes in my eyes… they are the soul of the show with the music they have made. More than 150 songs composed in 1 year is phenomenal,” she adds.
“Last but not least, my partners on the show … Gul Khan, Karishma Jain and Herumb Khot. They have made it possible for me to write the show the way I want to. From the entire team of Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala, a big thank you to audience for your love,” she ends.
