In today’s world, we know that there is more and more demand for daily soap operas and among them, the saas-bahus type is among the tops. So, among them, we have one of the most hit shows Naamkarann and on the other side, we have the show based on the real-life of producers Shashi and Mittal called Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai.
Naamkarann, which premiered in September 2016 on Star Plus, starred Zain Imam and Aditi Rathore, went on to become a huge success due to their electrifying chemistry. Whereas, Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, starring Randeep Rai and Ashi Singh, premiered on Sony and depicted a romantic love story set in the 90s era.
Both the shows went on to become one of the most-watched shows on Tv and even people watch them nowadays on mobile and get nostalgic. But we must not forget how important role girls play in the show.
One side we have Aditi Rathore who nailed the role of Avni in Naamkarann and another side we have Ashi Singh who showed us that 90’s outfits are cool to wear, even today.
We saw the sweet side of Avni but when it comes to her self-respect, she knows how to handle and fight for herself. She loves Neil aka Zain Imam to the moon but the twists and turns in their life kept them apart. Avni finally proved her love is real. Aditi Rathore gave justice to the role of Avni and we don’t think anyone else could have done that.
Whereas the sweet and cute girl Naina Agarwal who falls in love with Sameer Maheshwari aka Randeep Rai is a simple character and her sweet gestures and kind nature made us fall on our knees again and again. In this 21st century, when you are in love with the 90’s character then you are in love with Ashi Singh, aren’t you?
