Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai the popular Star Plus show produced by Director’s Kut will see high drama with Kartik’s Dadi (Swati Chitnis) not liking the interest of Naira (Shivangi Joshi) in business.
Naira’s success and Kartik’s (Mohsin Khan) downfall in the professional field has always left Dadi anxious.
In an upcoming sequence, Mihir Kapoor (Khushwant Walia) will call Naira for a business trip to Delhi which Naira will decline.
Kartik will be ill and Naira will state that she needs to be with Kartik at this point of time. Mihir will try convincing Naira, but Naira will take a stand of not going. Mihir will be upset about Naira’s decision.
Later when she will come home, Naira will realize that Kartik was not very much ill for her to miss her business trip.
Naira will later realize that it was Dadi who made Kartik’s illness sound bad.
Naira will also feel that she should have gone with Mihir for the trip. She will feel sad about the whole thing.
How will all these incidents trouble Kartik in the mind?
