Today’s Divya Drishti 17 August episode begins with Pishachini talking with Vetaal. Vetaal stopped Pishachini from going inside because she didn’t have a companion. Drishti (Sana Sayyed) came there along with Rakshit and requested Vetaal to let her go inside. Vetaal agreed as she had a companion. Monkey man attacked Shergill family members.
The beast attacked Rashi but Chetan came and hit him hard on his head. Divya (Nyra Banerjee) and others trapped Monkey man inside a sac. They locked him in the storeroom. Vetaal gave a kamandal to Drishti which would help her in achieving the second mission. Rakshit went somewhere. Vetaal made three replicas of Rakshit in front of Drishti and asked her to identify the original husband. He told her that if she would choose the wrong person, Rakshit would die.
Divya and Chetan got shocked to find Shikhar locked inside the cupboard. The family members told him about the monkey man. Shikhar said he was locked in the cupboard by someone. They doubted Romi. Drishti decided to jump off from the terrace so she could identify the real Rakshit. Rakshit came and save Drishti from falling. All the family members accused Romi of being the monkey man. Drishti and Rakshit returned to Shergill house.
Divya played damru to expose the monkey man. Shikhar arrived in his original monkey man avatar shocking everyonr. Divya played damru to call Shikhar back in the house. Shikhar requested everyone to save him from becoming the monkey man. Pishachini came to Shergill house. Rakshit and Divya countered her. Drishti sprinkled the kamandal water on Shikhar. Some time back, Shikhar came in his real avatar in front of Pishachini.
He told her that he became monkey man only for the sake of the powers. Shikhar added that he was faking his love to Divya to fulfill his secret motive. Shikhar helped Pishachini in catching hold of the real kamandal. Pishachini bragged about her success in front of Kaal Devta. She illuminated the gem’s powers.
