Today’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 23 April episode starts with Komolika (Hina Khan) plays dirty by showing Anurag’s (Parth Samthaan) video to Prerna (Erica Fernandes) because of which Prerna starts to feel bad for Anurag, who had to choose Komolika for her money and seeing this, Komolika mocks her and is enjoying doing so.
Prerna (Erica Fernandes) entering the Basu baadi. All this while she is recalling the insults that Komolika (Hina Khan) and Anurag (Parth Samthaan) threw her way and keeps replaying it in her head.
Komolika, Nivedita, and Anurag get shocked to see Prerna back in the house. Komolika accuses her of running away from the police. Prerna mocks at Komolika on the failure of her plan. Prerna says she bribed the cops. Komolika mocks at Prerna by calling her poor.
Anurag questions Prerna for her bail. Prerna tells him that she has a saviour by her side. Anurag counters her by saying that the person must have had a reason to help her. Prerna says the person wanted her help in return to which she readily agreed. Anurag asks Prerna about the person. Prerna avoids telling him anything.
She instigates Komolika against Anurag by saying that she might win her love back.
Veena and Shivani fail to understand who helped Prerna in releasing her from jail. Prerna’s saviour enters Basu Baadi. Anurag stares at him angrily, after which the mystery man and Anurag have a heating conversation.
The mystery man then asks Komolika if she remembers him and that he will never be forgiving all of them. Anurag tries his best to stop Prerna but does not succeed. Prerna is then seen assuring that she will always support Vikrant and Komolika fumes up seeing him. The written update of 23 April 2019 Kasautii Zindagii Kay episode ends here
