Today’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 21 August episode begins with Ruhi (Aditi Bhatia) asking Karan not to doubt on Raman, he was the real one. Karan told them that he had sent Yug as Adi to them. Yug told them that Raman had a surgery and got reasons to get a new face. He asked Karan to support Raman. Aaliya told them that they should not create troubles for Raman. Ruhi felt Karan’s doubt was baseless. She told Karan that Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Raman’s relation was strong, Ishita could judge him well and had strong instincts.
She asked him to leave this matter on Ishita. Arijit and Bhuvan took a disguise to find Raman in the hospital. Bhuvan got scared seeing Ishita. Arijit was sure that Ishita can’t identify them. Arijit spied on Ishita and Mihika. He got to know about Raman. Mani asked Ishita to attend Raman, until he finished a meeting and came. Ishita feared to handle Raman. Mani asked her to just support Raman when he saw his face in the mirror. She was afraid that Raman may violent after losing his face. Arijit wanted to kill Raman before he revealed something. He took a disguise to reach Raman. He tried to kill Raman, but failed to do so. He couldn’t believe Raman’s new face.
Arijit thought of the huge change. He got confused if he was really Raman. He felt Raman can’t change much, there had to be something hidden. He wanted to confirm before killing Raman. He learned about face reconstruction surgery, since Raman’s face was damaged after the accident. Arijit thought Raman and Ishita will find him some how. He wanted to end Raman’s chapter for once and all. Raman told the doctor that he wanted to go home and also complete his projects. He wanted to resume his work. Raman lost his partial memory. Doctor examined Raman and told them about Raman losing part of his memory after the accident. The terrible news gave another bolt to Ishita and family. Karan got suspecting Raman more. Arijit got relieved that Raman didn’t remember anything.
He was happy to be safe. Doctor told Ishita that temporary amnesia can be cured with time. He asked the family to take care of Raman, it was better that he didn’t see his changed face soon. He wanted to break the truth to Raman after complete recovery. Arijit told Bhuvan that Raman was alive and got a new face.He liked the good news that Raman forgot him. Ishita made a plan to stop Raman from seeing his face. Bhuvan asked Arijit to kill Raman. Arijit wanted to enjoy Bhallas’ pain. Ishita scolded Karan for risking Raman’s life by doubting on him.
